Sukhoi State Technical University of Gomel was established in 1968 During the
passed years more than 20 thousand specialists were trained for many sectors of national
economy and up-to-date basis of facilities and resources was created for educational
process and research.

The University today is a large regional technical higher educational institution
training specialists for mechanical, technological, power, electronic engineering, IT,
economics and management spheres. The University has necessary facilities, resources
and highly qualified teaching staff to train good specialists.
